1: Airport Pick-Up – Drop Off At Hotel
On Day 1, your adventure begins with a warm airport welcome. You arrive at the airport, and our friendly team is there to greet you. From the airport, we smoothly transfer you to your comfortable hotel, ensuring a stress-free start to your journey. Once you’ve settled in at the hotel, you can relax and prepare for the exciting days ahead. The anticipation of the safari or trekking experience will keep you excited, and the cozy hotel is the perfect place to rest, recharge, and adjust to your new surroundings. It’s a seamless transition, ensuring you’re ready for your upcoming adventures.


2: Moshi-Machame Gate-Machame Camp
On Day 2, you embark on your journey from Moshi to the Machame Gate, which marks the starting point of your Machame Route trek. Your adventure commences here, and you’ll trek to the Machame Camp. The trail leads you through the lush rainforests of Kilimanjaro, offering a glimpse of its rich biodiversity. It’s a day filled with natural beauty and the sound of the forest. 5: From Baranco Camp To Karanga Camp

6: From Karanga Camp To Barafu Camp
Involves trekking from Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp, marking a significant step closer to your Kilimanjaro summit. You’ll ascend to Barafu Camp, which is perched at an altitude of about 4,673 meters. This segment of the climb is relatively short in distance but comes with a steep ascent in a high-alpine desert environment. Barafu Camp is situated in a rocky, exposed area, offering minimal access to water. Here, you’ll have a brief stay, with a few hours of rest. It’s crucial to retire early this evening, as your summit attempt will commence in the middle of the night. Before bed, ensure you have your gear ready for the next day, including warm clothing, a headlamp with spare batteries, and insulated water containers, as the water may freeze during the ascent. This preparation is vital for a successful summit push.


7: Ascent To Uhuru Peak And Descent To Mweka Camp
Day 7 is the most challenging and rewarding part of your Kilimanjaro adventure. It begins with an early-morning wake-up call at Barafu Camp. After a quick snack and a hot beverage, you’ll start your summit attempt in the dark. The goal is to reach Uhuru Peak, the highest point on Kilimanjaro, before sunrise. You’ll climb through the frigid, pre-dawn air, guided by your headlamp’s beam. As you ascend, you’ll encounter the rugged and steep terrain that leads to Stella Point. From there, it’s a relatively level stretch to Uhuru Peak. Witnessing the sunrise from the summit is a breathtaking experience. After enjoying the views and capturing the moment, you’ll begin your descent back to Barafu Camp. From there, you’ll continue down to Mweka Camp. This day is physically demanding, so be prepared for a long journey. Your descent brings you to Mweka Camp, located at an elevation of about 3,068 meters. Here, you can rest and celebrate your incredible achievement before descending further the next day.


8: Descent From Mweka Camp To Mweka Gate – Moshi
On Day 8, your Kilimanjaro adventure concludes as you descend from Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate. The day begins with a descent through the lush and misty rainforest, where you’ll retrace your steps along the Mweka Route. As you lose altitude, the air becomes thicker, and the surroundings gradually transition from the alpine zone to the rainforest. You may encounter various wildlife and vibrant vegetation on your way down. Upon reaching Mweka Gate, you’ll undergo some formalities with the park authorities and receive your summit certificates. This is a moment to celebrate your accomplishment. Afterward, your journey will continue with a transfer back to Moshi, where you can rest, enjoy a well-deserved shower, and reflect on your remarkable achievement. 9: Departure: Kilimanjaro International Airport
On Day 9, it’s time to bid farewell to Tanzania. You’ll be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
